The cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and the room.
Most of the staff was lacking in customer service and did not explain things well, such as how I would be getting my $100 deposit back.

The pool area was nice but everything was outdated, dirty, and things weren’t cleaned like the pool, ice machine, and towels were dry and hard.
The property did not look like pictures, staff was rude, pool area was dirty, the pool itself was dirty, the towels were dry and hard, the rooms were dark and the hotel had an awful smell along with no ventilation and it was hot in there. Awful experience.
