Deposit never refund, housekeeping doesn’t do their job and managers take employee preference. Horrible service never again nor ever recommended. Will sue for unreturned deposit and to the owner of this location you need new staff

There are a lot of places to eat around the hotel.

The “blanket” provided is as thin as a sheet. The pool is nothing like the pictures. The rooms do not have hair dryers and the front desk doesn’t have one to borrow.

It was clean both inside the room and the outside grounds. Well lighted parking lot and location was good too.

Could do without the bottom bedframe as the sheet metal is very loud when your feet bump into it. Also, we had the AC on which bothered my 89 year old mom, so warmer or extra blankets would have been a great option.

The room was clean

I didn't like the location, lots of homeless or mental patients from the living facility next door roaming through the parking lot. My room was broken into or someone tried to break in through the window, the screen and frame was open (pics below) staff was notified but I never received any feedback. The pool was filthy. I booked for 7 days and checked out the 5th day but was told by the manager that I would not be refunded for leaving early (due to being unsafe & room being messed with).

Really enjoyed the stay

The first person I spoke with was at check in and right from there I knew it was going to a nice stay. He was the best really down to earth and very professional. Now the ladys tht dose housekeeping where so sweet and really fast at helping u for anything you need. Clean and so close to everything you could possibly need. Hands down this place is a 50 🌟 frfr yall if your in town pull up.safe as ever. Also if you have a big rig leave ur trailer and just bring your cab there's good parking!!
