Great location for us. Bright, safe environment, coffee available 24/7. Very kind and cheerful staff. Our room was cleaned daily, and we could get fresh towels when we needed them. The gym/pool was great.
If you want breakfast, you have to pay for it.

Good room layout.
All shampoo, shower gels were completely empty as discovered during a shower!
Lift had error saying it had lost connection - worrying!
Breakfast used disposable tableware.
