    The male staff at the front desk really has an attitude problem. A few hours before check out I spoke to a very kind lady to see how much it would be to extend for 2 more days and she kindly told me how much. I called again in about an hour and a half but this time a male answered and I said that I’d like to just extend 1 day and he told me how much and it was about the same for 2 days! I explained to him what the lady said how much it would be for 2 days and he rudely says who was the lady? I didn’t catch her name so he said angrily that he would find out and for me to hold. Soon after that I hear a busy signal and then went silent. I called him back and he says nobody here said that and hangs up. I call about 15 minutes before check out and asked for a very late checkout of 3pm. He said no but will give me until 1pm and that late checkout outs are only by request and to their discretion. My friend was to help me checkout because he had some of his things but he was unable to help. So I was running late and I was waiting for a car to arrive. The male staff told me that he’d call security if I’m not out in 5 minutes! It’s not like I was doing this on purpose. He could show some compassion because you don’t know what people are going through in life.
