The location fit our needs very well, easy access to expressway, the breakfast was meager, no protein, eggs, meat, only starch items, no fruit

Breakfast

The ice machine on our floor was broken. The hot tub was still not working from the previous year we stayed. The bathroom needs a ventilation fan for all the standing water after showering.

Location was perfect, near everything, restaurants, gas stations shopping and right off the interstate.

We are used to a hot breakfast whether we eat it or not. The coffee was good but that was all. A toaster is not going to do it to claim a hot continental breakfast. No way to warm the blueberry muffins that I washed down with my coffee to get something in my stomach to cover my morning meds.

I liked the Quietness of the property

I chose this hotel due to the indoor pool. only to find out the pool wasn’t heated so I couldn’t swim in it anyway and felt as if that should’ve been said before booking. It was a bit pricey considering I couldn’t swim anyway. Also my keycard stopped working at some point and i had to wait about 10min for someone to get to the lobby and give me a new one. The staff that was there when i checked in at 8pm was not very welcoming. However the staff that was there during the daytime and when i checked out on Monday at 9am was very nice.
