Nice and convenient
The bed sheets wasn’t all clean, the staff didn’t didn’t believe they had double charged me so I had to go show proof then I had to wait about 30 or 45 minutes to see the lady about the double charge but she was nice and she took care of it so problem solved and then the heat tore up and I had to call maintenance to come fix the heat so it was the next day they came and we like to froze not enough blankets
