The staff was very kind, personable and genuine. Dustin helped us out with tv very late night and made point to greet and visit with us any time we crossed paths. Front desk staff extremely friendly as well, but so sorry I did not make note of their names. Thanks for the stay and when back in the area, we will return if price reasonable. Thanks for 2 good nights of sleep and kudos to the super sweet bartender. She rounded out the good people experience!

From Texas and all hotels have easy link to load our own Netflix accounts for viewing. To be honest, pretty big benefit and may have to look for that amenity next time we seek hotel in Tennessee. That was the only negative about our stay.

We saw a cockroach on the wall in our room not good

Very clean in the rooms were great. The bed was super comfortable.

There was no hot water in the room. The front desk clerk told us to turn on the sink in the tub and let them both run simultaneously for several minutes. Eventually, we did get hot water.

It was clean and the cookies were excellent, the staff were all very friendly. The beds were comfortable.

Intermittent internet, pool was not maintained, the fire alarm in the room went off every time you had a shower and you had to let the shower run for 10 minutes before you got any hot water . The ice machines don’t work and the water refill station didn’t work .
