Beautiful buildings and structure and flowers and gardens
Not kept clean. For a 5 star hotel, my sheets were not changed as I requested, my sink was clogged, the carpets need to be removed and renewed …at least washed and cleaned. Not vacuumed properly. The toilet was not cleaned right, there was the previous persons poop on the toilet area… floors were not clean… hair on floor all over… the water bottles were not renewed… tv is angled upwards towards the ceiling, pillows smelled like BO… sheets were old and flimsy… comforters old and smelly.

Almost everything was wonderful
Two of the pools were filthy. I have never seen as many flies and bugs. I had the staff call twice to bring me a net (I wanted to clean it myself), and no one came.
