About this cottage rental
Located in the picturesque neighborhood of La Punta de Tijarafe. The house can be complemented with Casa Lorenzo (https: // www. Homeaway. Es / p6778635) to expand capacity. It shares common areas such as the chlorine-free pond, available from June to September, the plantation of banana trees and avocado trees, its large gardens and its walking paths.
The houses belonged to a couple dedicated to farming and livestock, now have been restored with great pleasure by one of their children. Highlights include stone, wood and clay tiles that were handmade, these being the basic materials of this type of rural households. The farm that surrounds the houses, is an ecological farm of banana trees and avocado trees, which make them an ideal place for rest, relaxation and total privacy.
Casa García is well connected by road to the whole island, five minutes from the Mirador del Time, place with panoramic view over the Aridane Valley and ten minutes from the village of Tijarafe.
15 minutes by car is the port of Tazacorte with its magnificent beach of black sand and transparent waters, where you can practice all kinds of nautical activities, and there are also many restaurants. You can also reach this beach, just 45 minutes on foot, by an easy path that leaves from the house with great views of the coast and the Aridane Valley.

Gepflegtes Haus mitten in den Bananen. Ruhig, isoliert und gut ausgestattet.Das Meer ist nicht weit. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern. Freundliche Yolanda Prima Service.
Wer’s abgeschieden mag und Monokulturen nicht öde findet, hat es hier sehr gut.

Wir haben hier eine tolle Woche verbracht, vor allem haben wir die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terasse mit Blick über die Bananenpalmen auf dem Meer genossen.
Das Objekt ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Der Supermarkt der Kooperative ist in 2 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und bietet alles was man benötigt. Der nebenan gelegene Baumarkt hat dann auch die Grillkohle für den am Haus befindlichen Grill im Angebot.
Ein besonderes Lob an Yolanda für die Übergabe. Als wir am ersten Tag ein Problem mit dem Wasserboiler hatten, hat Sie sofort einen Handwerker besorgt, der die Störung nach einer halben Stunde beseitigt hat.
Einziger Wermutstropfen sind die vielen Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, die doch recht viel bellen. Ob man das dem Objekt ankreidem muss, sei dahingestellt, ist nunmal der Umgebung mit Landwirtschaft geschuldet.
Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

The House is very spacious and comfortable and the view from the balcony facing due West across the Atlantic is amazing. Every evening ends with a perfect sunset!There is a very good supermarket 3k up the road so food and supplies are easily taken care of. I recommend the local wine!The house is very close to some great walking trails but be warned they are very steep!I had a Road Bike with me and La Palma has some very steep roads so make sure you have Low Gearing if you plan to ride on the road.There are lots of dogs on La Palma but if you just ignore them they will leave you alone.The owner Angel and his staff were always on hand to offer help and advice to any questions or problems you may have.The weather is also nice and warm in December!
