    Great hotel overall (8.4/10). Stayed 1 night in April. Very nice room, the type where you wish you had more nights there. Everything worked as it should. Very comfy bed. Shower was good and was a shower only (not a bath/shower combo). TV was very good, as was the selection of channels. Staff were very good. Parking was good. Convenient location with a Cracker Barrel right next door. I would definitely stay again, as for the price paid (*** total) it was great value.

    All the staff we encountered were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However, they were the only pro to staying here. We ended up changing rooms after discovering an issue with the shower/tub and a strong smell of bleach. The room we moved to was in better condition, but it still had an old, unpleasant smell. Otherwise it was clean and the beds were comfortable enough. The hotel rooms and hallways could use some TLC and an upgrade. The hotel was seriously understaffed. Breakfast here is made to order at their hotel restaurant, and a complimentary breakfast was a part of our booking. We placed our order at 9:15 and received it at 10am with only one family of 6 waiting ahead of us. We later found out that there was only one cook in the kitchen taking care of all the orders. Sadly the meals were not fresh and were barely edible (the biscuits were as hard as a rock), so we ended up not eating much of it. Definitely get breakfast elsewhere due to the poor quality of food and ingredients! Overall we felt that the price of the hotel was much too high compared to what it offered and would not recommend staying here.
