Enjoyed the proximity to the Opera House and several nice restaurants. The staff made us feel welcomed.
We ate breakfast about midway through the allotted time. Some items had run out and were not replenished for additional breakfast guests.

Our check-in and desk staff was great. Diamond was very helpful and lovely.
I looked for an extra blanket in the room. I'm sure I could have asked and received one but it was late at night and one in the room would have been awesome.

The location was excellent. In fact, it was the only aspect of this hotel that merits five stars. The breakfast buffet was ..meh.. but at least the coffee was hot and strong.
If ever a hotel was a solid C- this was it. Other than the aforementioned location ( it is literally the only game in town) there was nothing that was truly noteworthy, neither good nor bad.
