The king room with the river and bridge view is wonderful. My wife and I spent our time relaxing on the dock and benches by the water. It was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing.

Let me preface this by saying i have stayed with you many times over the years...I have never had these issues prior to this time:
Room 136 smelled like dog, changed rooms to 138, still smelled - CARPET NEEDS DEEP-CLEANING, the smell is very off-putting; phone not working; two tissues left in box; no body wash in tub; shower was 1/4 of waterflow, faucet still 3/4 of waterflow...switching mechanism needs to be replaced; insufficient anti-slip decals that become slippery when soaped; unsupervised children walking on and jumping from furniture in the lobby- if they fell, they'd litigate, even though it would not be the hotel's fault.
