Pet-friendly hardware floors. The condition of the room was above the expectations we had when given the price range.
Quick to take care of an electrical issue at 1 a.m., even stopped by to be sure all was taken care of.
Front desk personnel are always friendly and accommodating.
Last time we stay there our battery died and the front desk personnel quickly came to the rescue. They brought around their vehicle and boosted our car off.
Would have liked additional blankets put up in The room in case we needed them.
Would have appreciated a little bit of quality on their pillows very lumpy and uncomfortable brought our own personal pillows this time.
We're unaware there was an additional pet fee of a $10 per night would've been Helpful that included on the booking site. This required an additional transaction

It was cheap and we didn't have to use our card. Staff was great.
There were cockroaches in the bathroom, cracks in the wall, and the door didn't latch all the way unless you pushed hard. Also, the tub needs shower mats so someone doesn't fall. It was a bit creepy. I don't know but it sounded like someone tried to get into the room at 415 this morning. But we had it locked and bolted. Dayton has been a great place, but this place looked run-down.
