The manager, Priti, goes above and beyond to help guests.
I left my jacket at the hotel and she could not have been more helpful in shipping it to my home. She and other staff were also accommodating, gracious and helpful during my stay there.
You cannot beat the value of this hotel. The rooms and hotel are clean, provide everything you need for a pleasant stay (breakfast is included) and the location is great (near I-75, Cleveland State Community College, restaurants, etc.).
I highly recommend.

The room was not as clean as the first time we stayed. The hot water and cold water controls are reversed and it took a minute to figure that out then the hot water takes time to warm up.

Conveniently off the highway.
It was pretty run down, paint peeling and chipping everywhere, locks on the door weren’t the greatest. Everything felt damp in the room
