The room was cleaned very well every day. Breakfast was delicious.
My only issue was with the change machine in the laundry room not working properly but the staff addressed and fixed the situation ASAP.

Loved it! The cabins are precious! front desk team is superb. The breakfast is very good and wait staff attentive. The shuttle is so efficient and highly effective. The bartender, Marchin, exceptionally professional and friendly.
We saw river otters from our front porch on one day.

First off, the location was nice. The layout gave the illusion of being away from town but it was actually really close to everything. I was afraid this would take away from the relaxing trip my husband and I were hoping for but it didn’t.
Second, the bed was really comfortable and the robes provided were a lovely touch.
A few other things we enjoyed about the hotel was the heated pool as well as the fire pits around the property.
The reason I am not giving this hotel a good review is because of our experience with the spa. This trip was for our honeymoon. We saved for months and cut corners in other aspects in order to splurge on a nice spa experience. We booked this hotel mainly for the advertised spa/spa amenities. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed.
On the website the description of the couples massage says “luxurious couples massage room with a large soaking tub” and the image included showed the tub filled with rose petals. By the context clues, I had the understanding that the couples massage would include a time to use the soaking tub together for added relaxation. Instead, the tub nor the shower in the room were offered.
The sauna was nothing more than a glorified hot closet. Not only was it tiny, but there was not a working light which meant, in order for us to see anything, we had to leave the curtain open. If the sauna had been in a more private or secluded area, leaving the curtain open would not have been quite as bothersome. However, the sauna is right in the main hallway where everybody walking around can see through the glass. It was a very awkward feeling to be sitting in a dark, secluded hot box staring into the hallway where other people were walking around.
The steam room was one of the main reasons we decided to book this spa. The website advertised it as a “one-of-a-kind eucalyptus steam room” which implies that the room would either smell like eucalyptus or eucalyptus would be present - which is one of my favorite essential oils. This was far from reality because it smelled more like mildew. Not only was the odor unpleasant, but the tile seating was cold and uncomfortable. In order to keep warm, we had to sit on the edge of the seating and lean forward to feel the steam (which only lasted a few minutes).
Over $500 got us a 50 minute couples massage and use of the hot tub. Please use caution before splurging your hard earned money here.
