The Rustic Inn Creekside is well located within walking distance to downtown Jackson but far enough not to be in the middle of the activity. The hotel is on the creek and if you happen to have a room that looks that way then you are in luck. Our room was nice and clean with a very good size bathroom, and you could conveniently park your car in front of it. The front desk team was very helpful and kind. Breakfast options were good. The drinks and cocktails at the bar were very good and allowed us to enjoy a good time with our friends. Our friend had a massage in the hotel spa and she loved it.
Our room was a little dark, windows are not big and the main view was the parking lot. The breakfast room was also very dark.

The property was beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, and within easy walking distance of Downtown Jackson Hole. In addition there was an on demand shuttle into town. Our stay included a fortifying hot breakfast buffet. The onsite restaurant and bar served excellent food & drink. Staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and polite. Our Superior King Cabin featured quality furnishings, amenities and a covered porch with a water view. Each night gas firepits were lit throughout the property lending to the atmosphere. The decor fit in with the overall theme of the resort.
The only suggestion I’d make to management (and it’s silly at best)…it would be nice to have a couple of hooks to hang towels, in sink area.

The grounds are utterly stunning. To enjoy them to the fullest book a cabin by creek.
It truly is beautiful just sitting and enjoying the view.
Location is great, at end of town but no need for the car, walk into town easily.
The rooms were clean and housekeeping and breakfast staff so good. Thank you.
The reception staff not the friendliest , walking in no one welcomes you - even when walking in for breakfast. Seemed very passive sitting behind desk. Such stunning property should have welcoming folks.

I was told by booking dot com it was in a different location. And the picture on the website are deceiving.
