For needing a shower and a bed it's a good value. I have stayed here before and they are slowly redoing site.

We booked this place because it showed an 8.1 rating on Google, which made it seem like a solid, budget-friendly option at *** a night (+ *** for our dog). Unfortunately, that rating does not reflect reality. From the outside it looks decent, but that’s misleading. There are no-smoking signs everywhere, yet guests—and even management—were openly smoking right outside the rooms. When I mentioned it, the manager clearly didn’t care. The room reeked of Pine-Sol so strong it burned our eyes. After we wiped everything down ourselves, the smell disappeared—and the towels turned black from dirt. Issues we found: Old Burger King fries and a drink still in the fridge Curtains falling off Door with peeling paint and a broken seal letting in noise, dust, and outside air (we had to block it with a towel) TV stuck in blue (“Smurf TV”), not fixable Door lock beeping every 40 seconds—management said they’d deal with it “another day” The biggest concern: the smoke detector was covered in plastic, which is a serious safety hazard. Management brushed it off. I even reported it to the fire marshal and received no response. It honestly feels like issues like this just get ignored and never dealt with. Amenities were also misleading—the washer didn’t work and there was no vending machine. Only positive: the beds were large and comfortable. Overall, this place shows zero care from management—dirty conditions, broken features, and serious safety concerns being completely ignored. I took photos of everything. Don't stay here!

We have stayed here multiple times, the staff is always exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the value is great.

This place was great and everything that you would expect for a $50 hotel room. The only thing it lacked was lighting. There is only one can light in the entire room
