Really Good breakfast .

Tammy at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Finding this location was difficult. The tall sign was covered by a tree and the entrance sign was so small it was barely visible. We took a long detour around the neighborhood to get back to the hotel since the entrance was not clearly marked. Getting off the freeway was hard enough with the fast flow of traffic, the signage needs to be better.

Comfortable bed, good contnental breakfast buffet, 24-hr coffee/tea bar. Convenient free parking. I had stayed at this hotel before and was very happy, but this time was a bad experience.
Room was smaller than what I reserved. The couch had several tears in the material, the floors and tub were Dirty, the Night Staff was Very Rude, one elevator was broken down, no maid service Dec 25th or Dec 26th. I had stayed at this hotel before and was very happy, but this time it was a poor experience.
