    We were attending a wedding and the hotel was nearby. The hotel rooms are nice and the staff was nice too, although with wedding season, it would have been nice if all rooms cooks have been ready for Che k in even a hour earlier than 4pm. The oddest thing, though- at breakfast, the hotel only had SIX plates! Th poor attendant had to stalk guests to grab and wash those six plates for the next guests. Apparently a shipment was delayed but it was disappointing that the management team couldn’t have spent $20 for good paper or plastic plates so that guests could enjoy their breakfast.

    All in all this hotel was good, but as soon as I open the window to my room, I’m looking straight at a roof only a roof blocking any View. I went to the front desk, asking to change rooms. They wouldn’t allow because they told me I made the reservation from a third-party so they’re gonna treat me as a second class citizen. Then the front desk girl didn’t know what to do and she brought in a maintenance employer that was a district manager for maintenance and he argued with me telling me they’re completely booked then I looked up in Agoda and I could’ve gotten a room for that night And he argued that he was gonna cancel me. I told him that he is not front desk and I am not concerned about what he has to say. I’m talking to the front desk later in the day the Manager got involved and said she changed my room the next day and she I’d hear from her at 11 AM never heard from her. I just dropped the issue Other than that it’s not a bad facility.
