Easily accessible and clean
I had requested a bottom floor room because my husband is handicapped. When we checked in I asked about it and the front desk clerk wasn’t very nice and just said”no, we don’t have one”. You really need to take people’s request for handicap reasons more serious!
The breakfast wasn’t very good either…the eggs were very dry and the biscuits were hard as a rock!
