clean, comfy room, good parking. visiting friends in denver & this property was nearby. renovated room, nice lighting, comfortable beds, fridge, microwave. glassblock trim created a 'nightlight' in bathroom, very nice. friendly staff. in spite of busy colorado blvd, our 2nd fl room not noisy. was half the price or better than everything else.
busy colorado blvd , sometimes easier to exit lot on tennessee & go thru neighborhood

It was clean, cheap, and was fine for a one-night place to crash for the night and freshen up before the function I was in town to attend.
The mattress in my room was horrible, and by that I mean literally busted and sunken in spots. I made it work. Also, no coffee, in room or out.

Convenient location. Staff were pleasant.
Carpet was very dirty. Room had a musty smell. Hole in bathroom door. Room door needs repair around locks.
