Great rooms with a very helpful staff. The restaurants and bar made it very easy with a nice selection. Very quiet neighborhood with close proximity to the bionic gardens.

When I booked this hotel, I had the impression it was a trendy and swanky hotel. When we arrived, I had a panic moment when I saw the large neon "HOTEL" sign out front. At face value, it looked like it was a cheaper, older hotel, and not the image I had when booking. However, even though I had that feeling when I first pulled up, it was not that way at all. We both found it to be the trendy, swanky hotel that we wanted after all. The bar inside & the outdoor space were awesome. The bartender was great. She was helpful & attentive. Each morning/evening, the lobby & outdoor area were busy with young professionals on their computers, happy hour groups, & good music. The hotel is safe, comfortable, easily accessible, trendy, and active. It had a vibe that makes me want to go back for a drink even after we move to Denver. We extended our trip an extra day, and I had another panic moment when I tried to confirm it in advance & again with a voicemail when we were out that day. When we got back to the hotel, I approached the check-in area expecting bad news; instead, it was quite the opposite. I'm not sure if it was the Manager or Owner, but he apologized for causing anxiety with the process & he made it right. I'm in the service/hospitality industry as well, and know there are always going to be issues that arise, but the key is how they are handled. These guys did it right. I love this hotel and will refer anyone, family, friends, everyone to stay there while in town.
