I’ve traveled all over and stayed in mini budget hotels but this one was dirty and I didn’t feel safe leaving my room so

It was dirty, there was pubic hair and grime on the toilet, the shower was splattered with possibly urine or something that looks similar,I turned on the shower to rinse it out.I was disgusted and no longer wanted to take a shower myself. The bathroom sink had not been cleaned either so I took a disinfectant wipe to it. I had several men come up to me while I was bringing stuff into my room, it scared me. Thank goodness the sheets were clean. I had a restless night sleep and got the heck out of there.

Value for money. Simple free breakfast. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh. There were fridge and microwave oven. There was plenty hot water.

There was no hairdryer and any other kitchen utensils, like coffe maker or even glasses/cups. Floor and bathroom could have been cleaner.

Room was fair the parking was bad didn't need the food there was no choice of it and I didn'

Didn't need any breakfast wasn't much choice, seem like there could have been some drug activity there I'm 69 years old and I seen people coming in and out of people's rooms

Parking better option of breakfast more focused on the people coming in and out of the rooms that weren't tendent

Dated but clean and comfortable

The property was dated, but the room was clean and sufficient for our stay. I would stay there again if the circumstances were the same. This was the only room available for us.

The clerk didn't seem to understand English. When I checked in he couldn't understand my name.

It was on the main road and easy to find!!

I booked thru booking.com and they said I didnt til i showed them my confirmation then it magically appeared!! Parking was horrible!! A/C acted up all nite long!! The trash was not taking out from previous tenant!! Barely any water pressure in the shower to rinse off soap or shampoo!! The towels were disgusting with brown spots on them!! The owner stopped me when I went to move my truck closer to my room so I could load my stuff up and he asks me what I thought I was doing!! Not a place I'd probly rebook if I was to return to cortez colorado!!!

I liked that we were able to park parallel to our room and the beds were comfy. Room had lots of space.

Suspicious activity with other guests and possibly human traffickers.

Don't stay there. Sleep in your car or tent! Terrible room, mold all over walls and ceiling, no hot water, carpet and bed all in stains - vomit, blood and god knows what. Smells terrible, looks even worse

Quick overnight stay

Man at the front desk was super friendly and had me checked in quickly..He also offered us coffee when we were checking out. Hot shower and comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Very old dilapidated construction. Cracks in walls and ceilings. Bad carpet. No security systems. Old fashioned physical key entry. No Deadbolt. The night clerk was drugged up. Bad experience. Not going back.
