Value for money. Simple free breakfast. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh. There were fridge and microwave oven. There was plenty hot water.
There was no hairdryer and any other kitchen utensils, like coffe maker or even glasses/cups. Floor and bathroom could have been cleaner.

The property was dated, but the room was clean and sufficient for our stay. I would stay there again if the circumstances were the same. This was the only room available for us.
The clerk didn't seem to understand English. When I checked in he couldn't understand my name.
