Homewood Suites Saint Cloud

Great breakfast and quiet

Hard to find - parking lot hidden The pull out couch mattress was awful - created a very sore back More pillows needed on beds Lights that you can dim Stronger fan in bathroom Adjustable showerhead

The best part was it was quiet. We managed to get a top floor room, so no overhead noise. Also, there were no street noises nor banging doors. We slept well.

The property is showing its age. Everything from bedding to bath fixtures is old. The free breakfast was very poorly run. Very limited offerings and not kept filled. No commitment here. Lastly at $256 per night it’s on the high side.

Beautiful, spacious room! Clean hotel. Felt safe.

I was not feeling well and was not able to check in early. I can understand that that can happen but the parking lot was very empty and it is a huge hotel.

My spouse enjoyed the breakfast. I did not attempt to eat anything there due to grain and dairy allergies. We did like the kitchenette in our room. It was so nice to have the option to make my own allergy-safe food. Thank you! This hotel is in a great location and it was calm and quiet.

Our hotel room smelled way toooooo strongly of intense "cheap man cologne" - I am guessing this was some sort of nasty carpet deodorizer. One other note: My keycard did not allow me to enter the workout room just before 6AM... I had to seek out the front desk staff person to inquire about the issue. I was informed that this has been an issue for a while already. They very kindly walked along with me to the workout room to open the door for me. PLEASE fix the card reader/change battery on this door ASAP. Thanks!
