Nice clean hotel near airport and beach. Don’t like the extra fee esp since we don’t use anything usually. Fridge & microwave. Breakfast closes 9:30. Too early.

Returned for an anniversary. Nice staff. Nice beachfront vibe. Not busy, so quiet and you can stay to yourself if you want. Nice vacation spot!

Many customer service improvement opportunities - was told "no, we can't help you with your [problem] - TV not working. Okay, fine what's the room/ name; i guess I'll add it to the maintenance list". Also saw kiddos locked out of pool area that went to the bathroom - soaking wet; and were told your time in the pool is done - you may not go in after your check-out time. it was 11:01 am. My 11 year old son was appalled by the rudeness of the front desk associate and felt for the children being turned away in wet clothes. Maybe the policy but should have been more gently communicated or possibly an exception made. These were just 2 examples across about 14 instances of really bad service. Pools were great and breakfast was nicely serviced and a great variety. Cleaning staff very friendly as well.
