The room was quite nice. Bathroom mirror with TV was a neat surprise! We booked with Agoda & their pics of the room were not what we received, nor was the description of what we got (no robes or balcony/terrace which it said they had in the description.)Also we had to pay a resort fee at the end of our stay which we were not told about until we got to the hotel. Resort fee was ridiculous anyway as it was to cover what other hotels consider basic and part of the normal room charge (ie breakfast internet parking etc). It was comfy & pretty clean though. Beach was in rough shape. I realize this time of year it wouldn't be groomed, but there were beach chairs just tossed everywhere. Checking in staff was friendly, but when I called the day before to check our reservation the lady was kind of rude and made me feel inferior for booking through a third party. Overall was a pleasant stay, just not what you'd expect from what I thought I be a higher end place to stay.

Rooms are amazing staff is so high strung made us nervous seriously I was getting eggs my usband was directly behind me he was just adjusting his stuff to scoop eggs and the chef was like close that lid it was openness then 10 seconds saw him upset with a child getting his breakfast too I felt like I was being censored and judged if I used more than one butter packet...we where all over the 2 buildings my fault I asked for a map from t desk said no guest has ever gotten lost lol I said the truth I stated I was here 2 years ago and got lost carrying all of my daughters wedding appearel I wandered around for a while lost ...that's why I ask3d for a map so yes your guest do ..she did draw one but how pompous sigh just wanted to get checked in a simple no was OK... ugh but oh no had to try and tell me silly stuff

The first room was noisy and damp. She changed my room, was extremely smelly from cigarette smoke. the air, the carpet. I went across the street to wal greens and bought air freshener and the cashier told me that many people go there for air freshener for the exact same reason. When I checked out , the lady said she could not print me a receipt because I booked through an agency. But, she did give a receipt for a room upgrade fee! I only asked to change to a quieter room but got charged for an upgrade and had to clean it.
