    We have stayed here several times in a regular room but this time we asked for an accessible room do to mobility issues. The front desk was able to do so but made it a point to say we should have book thru them not "Expedia" Anyway, the accessible room was not that accessible. It had a step in tub which is not an accessible factor. The bed was way too soft and too low to the ground even for wheelchair transfers. It looked like they replace the bed frame with a sheet of plywood. If we were to stay there again, we'd go back to a regular room.
