Great view in the morning good breakfast and great people

The breakfast was delicious, hot, and plentiful. We stayed 3 mornings and each day had different meat which consisted of bacon, sausage patty, and sausage links. The southwest omelet was very tasty. We were able to get to Emerald isle in a 10 minute drive. There were lots of places to eat within a 5 minute drive. Plus we were able to walk to a taco bell, smoked pork restaurant, and a high end bistro and wine place. In the back of the hotel we were able to walk to the sound to watch the boats and do a little fishing. Kudos to the staff for their friendliness and desire to make our stay comfortable and a home away from home.
The lobby was a little warm but our room and the halls were cool and comfortable.

Room was clean and the location was convient.
Could use some updates, kind of ran down. Breakfast bar wasn't tended to and was a mess.
