Garnet Inn & Suites, Morehead City near Atlantic Beach

The Manager of this property was very accommodating. Everything we needed she made sure we were taken care of. The staff was great. Excellent location. Some of the reviews about the breakfast are no good and I don't understand why. Sausage, Eggs, toast, bagels, cream cheese, English muffins, yogurt, waffles, cereal , milk, whip cream, awesome coffee bar ! The breakfast was very nice ! This is a very busy property and they do an excellent job keeping it clean. Great group running this place. My only complaint was people with big dogs that let their dogs poo near the rooms and didn't pick it up. Exactly why many hotels do not welcome pets. I would definitely stay there again !! Everything was good and I’d stay again

There could have been more wheel chair ramps. There are some but they are quite far apart so we had to walk a few hundred feet to get to one nearest to our room.

The location, the price.

The smell of the room, the dirty walls and stained carpet, the cracked up bathroom shower and walls, which is how the bugs probably got in. The free hot breakfast was horrible: instant coffee, watered-down scramble eggs and sausage that was “mystery meat.”
