I thought the staff were very friendly and quick to respond.
The floors seemed clean at first but as looked toward the window some of the sweeping or mopping was left. And inside the shower sliding doors looked like it wasn't quite clean.

Most food precooked,Eggs tasted powered. Cinnamon rolls great. Fruit and breads/bagels fresh. Kitchen staff LOVELY!! Helped us pick the best of the best. Cheerful and couldn't do enough for us!
Your location! We passed it 3times!! A brown brick building in a sea of brown brick building! When you're traveling a 8 lane highway and building is JUST off hwy. It's easy to miss! (Did I.mention the giant trucks to our right and left.?) We called hotel to pay by phone and just go home, but desk clerk (Mike) stayed on phone and talked us in!

In the room, it had a good working space for my laptop and lounge chair.
The air conditioning unit was way too loud. Every time it came on, including late evening and early morning, it made a big noise. We got used to it but when you are trying to SLEEP, it gets irritating!
Also need to clean the elevator.

The breakfast was great the guy in charge of the breakfast came out fo me and offered me breakfast before I left
I saw two water bugs or large roaches one still under the sink dead. There was one walking to de door when I was going to the bathroom late that night
