Hampton Inn & Suites Los Alamos

The location in White Rock was great--close to White Rock's Overlook Park, Bandelier National Monument, the Valles Caldera, and the Puye Cliff dwellings. The room was clean and nicely equipped. and I appreciated the free hot breakfast with plenty of protein.

Very clean room

They overbooked rooms and cancelled some reservations. This did not affect my room however ,I asked if they helped relocate people who shows up with a reservation and were turned away. I was told no and I don’t care. This concerns me for my next stay.

It was very clean and well managed. The location was very close to the things we wanted to see in Los Alamos

Room was comfortable and clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast fairly good.

Our TV did not work so reported our issue to the front desk. The front desk person came to our room to change batteries in the remote. Battery change did not fix our issue. The front desk person told us she would call us and let us know how much of a room discount would be offered since the TV did not work. We never received a call so spoke with the new front desk person the next morning. This person was a bit stand offish and kind of smirked at our problem. This desk person informed us that she would share our issue with the regional person when they came in some time during the following week. Have not heard back from anyone as of yet, it is now Thursday. Very disappointing!
