The location was excellent. The breakfast and room was great, and the staff was very helpful.
The restrooms could use some updating. The shower was a little outdated.

The bed was very comfortable. The size of the TV was nice, the couch was comfortable and the shower was nice.
The food was cold which should have been hot. Items were not kept up. The sweet roll was stale or on harder side than it should be.
The TV in room is very difficult to turn on and view. It doesn’t make since. Someone had to come show me and he could barely remember how to bring TV up. It was very frustrating. Took 30 minutes to figure it out. I was tired and just wanted to relax. This took away from my experience.

Power worked, bed was comfy, no issues with room key cards
No central AC in building, only window units. No vents / good fans in bathroom. Bfast was cold (sausage / eggs). Found food crumbs under furniture. Towels were old & crunchy. Only 1 of 2 elevators worked.
