I canceled my stay because the room had bed bugs and I have not gotten my refund. Never would I recommend this place to anyone

This place was a nightmare from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were hit with a funky smell that lingered everywhere. The floors felt grimy, like they hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the bathroom was just plain dirty. But the worst part? All our bath towels had these nasty yellow and black stains – absolutely disgusting! The pillows were rock hard, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. And to top it off, there were dead bugs scattered around the room. Safety was a joke too, since our room door wouldn't lock from either the inside or outside. The elevators were ridiculously slow, taking forever to get you anywhere in the hotel. Overall, the whole place had this creepy and dirty vibe that made us feel super uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this dump! I also paid in advance online and they charged me an additional $60 at check in.

Dirty, A/C couldn’t be controlled- it was either hot or freezing, handicapped room was NOT up to ADA specifications, no ice machine worked - they were all broken, staff was rude, bad part of town. Will NEVER stay at a Fairbridge Hotel again!

I did not have breakfast, I left the facility after seeing my room and the bathroom that was dirty with urine splash over the back of the toilet. Also there was garbage behind the door that had been swept into corner and never removed. I have some photos that have submitted .

Only highlight was the front desk, check in.

The bathroom was dirty, the whole room was actually dirty.. Dead bugs on the window sill.. Ripped black out curtains that didn't close right. The sheets were stained and nasty. I actually slept on top of the blankets. Pillows were hard, bed was even worse.. Not sure how this place is open. If there was a person at the desk, I would have demanded my money back.

The bathroom should have been cleaner. There was hair left behind and splashed coffee on the wall.

Literally nothing.

Disgusting, dirty, no towels, mold in showers, reeked like smoke. My room wasn't propped open with a trashcan and wasn't turned over when I got there. The staff took 40 mins to check me in cause they were arguing with the family in line front of me that entire time.

Bizarre looking front entry and lobby. Not a very welcoming front desk. The room facilities need work, i.e. rusty shower curtain rod, bathroom ceiling light falling out, electrical switches need replacing or repair.

More updated rooms comforters and window treatment.

The decor of the rooms

We liked the staff and the hotel room was clean.

The outside and lobby. Felt like nefarious people were around and the lobby was very stark with think glass like a run down convienant store, etc. Just made you feel uneasy

Quiet and clean

Very run down, noisy at night, and it smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. I believe this place is a “hook up” and party place. Definitely not a place for professionals.

Everything, it was dirty, there was pubic hair on the sheets, some streaks of dried film on the table, door and mirrors, there was a whole in the ceiling of the bathroom. The window was open and the air was in to hide a smell. There was no toilet paper. I walked in the room and right back out and they won’t refund my money. I had to find another place to stay and overpay due to last minute changes. All of my pictures are of the room.

Lovely sized room, great bed, nice to have somewhere to sit and put your feet up. Fridge in the room was good. Communal microwave in foyer.

Screens at check in counter gave a bad vibe. Smell in corridors. The patterned border around the top of the walls dated the decor and should come down.
