Decent breakfast and helpful staff. Room was very nice. The hot tub was nice to have in the pool area.
The pool was freezing. Outside of pool was extremely slippery, but my grandkids still had a great time.

Breakfast was awesome and I would say a cut above what you are used to seeing at most places. We stayed and met with family while we were there over Christmas and I would say the staff was absolutely amazing and we so appreciated them being there. My nephew loved the pool so that was a nice option to have as well. The rooms and the common areas were so clean! They did a really nice job taking care of everything.
The only downside was a sewer-like smell and that you could smell on the floors, but not in the rooms. I reported it and the front desk staff knew exactly what the problem was and they were able to fix it. He said it had to do with the ice room, not the sewer system.

It was up to date and clean.
The ridiculous noise carried out by guests and their children. Way past the quiet time.
