    I booked a room almost 2 hours in advance before my arrival. Upon my arrival and checking in, I tell the guy at the desk I've a reservation and that I'm checking in. He's on the computer and then prints off a paper and says the cost of the stay and that he needs my card. Mind you this was like a 45 min ordeal standing in that hot ass lobby. So he calls his boss, who I assume is at home trying to figure out the issue, which made absolutely no sense to me. So I show him my booking confirmation and clearly states at the top Confirmed & Paid For. Then he says he needs to see the receipt that shows the payment. Ok no problem, I go to my email pull the receipt with the partial card number followed with Payment Type: Paid By Credit Card. And I have 3 different proofs of my Paid booking. So now this still ain't good enough even though it's what was requested. Now he's gotta call his boss back. He finally gets back with me and keeps saying he's not showing payment, which makes no sense because the confirmation ID numbers are the same sooooooo obviously there's a payment. So finally he gets back with me again and says his boss said I have to pay even though I've paid already and if I get a dual charge then they'll refund me. But obviously it's gonna be a dual charge cause I've already paid through my booking that's the way I always do my bookings I never pay at the desk, there's a reason why I do it this way. So he says upon check out if they see dual payment then at that point they'll refund me. However, that has yet to happen.
