It was clean and modern looking. The breakfast was thoughtful since my son is allergic to gluten.
Just that the staff was not at the desk whenever I went to them. They were helpful and nice but seemed to be somewhere else in the building.

This is our third stay here while visiting family that lives in Troy. The hotel has great parking, clean facilities, nice room and bathroom.
The A/C unit appears to need repair. It was nice and cool but was very loud.

Our son lives in the historic district of downtown Troy, and the hotel is a short walk from where he lives. We often stay here when visiting him.
