One of the elevators was out, so it took a minute to get up to room, but not a big deal.

The location and the cleanliness of the hotel was spot on. The front desk was very welcoming. I definitely would rebook with the hotel again for our next trip. It was close to the park and to restaurants.

Outdated, located pretty far from Disneyland, complimentary breakfast is pretty cheap (waffle batter, jams, patty, bread, and eggs), rooms facing the freeway are noisy.

It was ok, but will find better accommodations next time

King bed was comfortable

Everything is old, doesn’t look very clean. The place is broken down, 2nd time staying here and won’t be staying there again. Breakfast was not worth the nightly rate. The only thing good about this property was the bed & staff. We were stuck outside our room the 2nd night of the stay because the battery for the door was not working & would not read the card. The issue was fixed within 30-40minutes but it was inconvenient.

Every staff member we interacted with was wonderful. Breakfast had a decent variety and was fresh. Loved the ability to buy soda/snacks in the lobby with self checkout, made it easy to grab a drink to bring to the parks. Super quick Uber to Disneyland. Our room and the hallways/common spaces were very clean.

Close to the highway, so expect a good amount of road noise.

Some stuff to be a little bit more friendlier in addition they didn’t give us enough keys for the room when I asked I was denied without giving any reason reasons

I didn't like the TV channel because I didn't know if they had certain channels come to find out they did but the remote wasn't working properly also the lights went out in her whole building that's scared me

The facility is too expensive for what it is. A bit dated, still with a bathtub. The bathroom amenities are ridiculous, with only a tiny shampoo. The breakfast was poor. The right price would have been $120, not $250.

Overall the stay was comfortable.

The facility was clean and the breakfast was good. The evening I arrived, my first cup of coffee was lukewarm but the rest of our stay the coffee in the lobby was hot.

Our room overlooked the freeway at a pretty busy intersection which made for a noisy stay. There was traffic noise and sirens throughout our stay. We asked to be moved to another room but were told there were none available despite the hotel appearing to be less than full.

Ideal location to visit Disneyland.

The room was clean and comfortable. The majority of staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonable. Location was just a short walk to the shuttle bus to Disneyland.

Check out could have been a bit smoother. Unsure if the staff member was new or not but took a longer time than usual to check us out. Apart from that staff were good.

The location was ok..I should have looked for one closer…my issue, not Comfort Inn. Staff was friendly and professional.

The rooms were a bit stark. Soaps were the thinnest I’ve ever seen. The ice machines were out of order & WiFi was spotty. Breakfast was a bit limiting…

Comfortable stay

There was lots of free parking and we never had trouble finding a spot. The room was large, comfortable, and quiet. We especially appreciated the extra chaise lounge seating and desk chair in the room which allowed us to spread out and relax without sitting on the bed. There was plenty of space in the room for multiple suitcases. The WiFi was strong and the air conditioning worked well enough. The free breakfast was a nice perk and the location was pretty convenient for the convention center and Disney, both about a 20 min walk. Good restaurant options nearby.

Minor thing, but it would be great to have access to the stairs from the ground floor so you don't have to take the elevator to go up.

A good stay for a week

I really enjoyed the bed, it was so comfy that I didn't have any issues while sleeping in it, also I really liked that they only do room cleaning if you request it, I usually put my stuff around all the room when I travel so for me it was really good they didn't enter my room without my permission.

The breakfast was okay, the sausages not so good but not so bad tho.

Amazing for the price

I really liked that everything was clean and neat and quiet, but also the staff was very friendly and informative. The free breakfast was also amazing and it’s within walking distance of not only Disneyland, but the little outdoor mall as well.

The only thing that could have been better is that some of the carpet in the rooms needs to be changed just because it’s old and thinning and some parts but that’s literally it

Everything was excellent. , The breakfast consisted of pancakes, eggs (boiled, scrambled), sausages (pork only), toast, muffins, quaker oats, fruits -banana or apple, regular & Decaf coffee, orangejuicce or mixed fruit juice. All day complimentary coffee & tea. Very clean facilities.

Staff was very helpful, and room was very clean. Room had all the amenities we expected on top they had coffee and water in the lobby all day. Even though our window was on the traffic side we had a good night sleep, hardly noise or lighting.

We only stayed one night, we missed the morning breakfast, time window very short.

Very clean and tidy property. Our room was as expected with a very comfortable bed. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the location suited our needs to be close to family. We enjoyed the pool each day, at times we had it to ourselves.

There was one staff member who was quite short with my husband when the key was wiped. We weren’t aware that it shouldn’t be near our phone. She was the exception however as all other staff were very friendly polite and helpful.

The parking. If you dont get back to the hotel at a certain time, you have to park way in the back. The "good breakfast" was terrible. They only hot items are eggs and susage pattie. The waffles you have to make. Cereal and milk are provided. Limited selction on food.
