SureStay Hotel by Best Western East Brunswick

The staff was friendly and helpful. Stanley was patient.

There were stains on the pillow sheets as if they don’t get changed often. We stayed for three nights and were asked if I wanted housekeeping and I said yes but, housekeeping never came. I did NOT have the disturb sign on the door.

I did not like the breakfast nothing hot The coffee was not good

Location convenient.

Room only had 1 working light in main area. Night table very sticky.

The gentleman that checked me in was extremely polite and courteous. He understood the concerns I had regarding the first room I was given and offered another too to ease the safety concerns I had. The checkout process was easy and the night front desk gentleman was polite.

I received a room, and unfortunately, I didn’t realize that I booked a room that was intended for a person that was handicapped. After going to and entering the room, the room smelled of old stale smoke… and the shower had a dead bug in it. I left the room to go outside to grab something from the car and standing outside of my door and in front of the window were 2 questionable women smoking weed. They watched me the entire time and I felt very unsafe. It was myself and my 2 kids. I went to the front desk to inquire about another room because I had safety concerns. The gentleman understood and gave me another room and I was so appreciative that he did this.
