Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was a large selection for a hot breakfast and plenty of seating in the dining area. Everything was clean and well kept. There was an elevator for the upper floors so we didn't have to haul luggage up and down stairs. The hotel had a nice pool area even though we did not swim. My husband was very impressed with how quiet the toilet flushed!
The hot tub in our room was a bit slippery on the bottom and needs non-slip gripper strips in the bottom and maybe a hand rail for getting in and out. The breakfast offered premade waffles. I really prefer the ones I get to make myself although I understand the time issue as your breakfast time is very busy.

I love the rooms but mkst of all i love the staff i can't think of the lady's name but every Saturday that i check in she's there at 4pm she's so helpful and courteous she goes above and beyond with a smile on her face i look forward to seeing her every time I come!

Had nice pool area and lobby/ breakfast area was fantastic. Staff was very nice.
Room was not clean, feet were sticky after walking on floors barefoot. :/ one bed had an issue and was leaning to the side but it was okay enough to sleep on.
