Wonderful place to stay

The staff was incredibly nice and responsive. Probably the most considerate hotel staff I’ve ever come across. The property was lovely. It has that cozy lodge vibe without being overly rustic. The bed was terrific. I want to know where they get their pillows. Very dog friendly. I could step right out of my room onto a little walking path to take my dogs out.

Great location in the Historic District. Comfortable beds, nice rooms with sitting area, mini fridge and sink with coffee.

Thought the sheets smelled too much like detergent. They need to find a less chemical based detergent.

Great location to walk to everything or take the free shuttle (we just walked), helpful/friendly front desk staff, beautiful big and comfortable room, delicious breakfast at the Bistro with friendly and helpful server.

I hate having to pay for parking but I understand it's just the way it is. And was not too bad - $20 a day is less than most. And better than stressing about getting a ticket on the street.

The fall colors were great and that is why we went to Telluride to enjoy the beauty.

We did not have breakfast but we had dinner at the restaurant and it was great! Really enjoyed the dinner.

No parking available! We had to park in the street. You would think for the price we paid there would be guest parking available.

Conner was great at getting a parking space for my classic car. He also was a big help at the desk.

The 'restaurant' in the bar area wasn't all that great. For example, my wife and I both ordered omelets for breakfast. Her's included bacon and mine was with sausage. Neither omelet came with any meat. We were in a hurry to get on the road, so didn't bother with a complaint.

It was an overall 8.4 in a very tough industry, this place is the real deal.

The staff was fantastic, issues were handled quickly, requests were accommodated.

The parking garage is cramped at best. While an underground garage is fantastic, we ran into an issue regarding filling that thing to capacity can cause an issue if guests don't park their cars/trucks evenly within the lines it can render the space next to it non functional cause you can't open your doors in a compromised space. This problem was squashed by the staff promptly.

Great location!! walkable to everything - didnt use our car at all!

The interior was very dated - especially the rooms. Need to refresh the furniture, lighting, etc. Some of the decor in the halls (furniture, artwork) worked well with the location, but generally, it felt like you were staying at your grandma's house. If you are paying a lot of money, you should feel like you are staying at a 21st century hotel.

There was no parking on the first day but the man at the front desk moved his car so I could park. So it wasnt really a negative actually.

It was a cute hotel. Very clean.

The hotel did NOT have parking for us. We had to find parking in the very busy downtown area. I didn’t realize that a hotel without parking was even a possibility. Deal breaker for me. I would never stay at this hotel again. Also the rooms only had full size beds. Queen size beds should be standard for a room that states it sleeps four.

Person who stayed next to me approached me aggressively about having a dog in the hotel and how he barked a couple of times. I checked my pet camera footage and he did not bark at all. I believe she did not like being in a dog friendly hotel.

Beautiful lobby with fireplace, comfortable welcoming room to relax. Hot coffee provided in the lobby area. Rooms were lovely, quiet, good bed. ...We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay again.

The restaurant was closed because of our timing . In November. They traditionally close many places in Telluride before ski season begins. However, our room rate was significantly lower because of it! Very dark walking back to hotel at night from town.

False advertising in regards to Parking

Great location - great spot downtown

Parking was advertised as an available amenity. We get to the hotel after a 8hr drive, and turns out there is no Parking. The parking lot they have is basically used by staff. We were placed in a ground level suite right behind a high school with kids playing soccer as early as 7:30am… great couple of vacation days!
