bed dirty . rooms not ready until 15 till five / media room half clean / media bath room not clean / when leaving / check out lady not nice at all. bartender older lady very very rude , everybody noticed it and were talking about her.

I would not recommend Hyatt Regency Louisville nor stay there again.

The location, self serve store onsite and the electric blinds.

The carpet in the room was disgusting and stained Beds were very uncomfortable Hotel and Rooms need to be remodeled/upgraded for what they charge. Shower was sub standard for $140 a night View was supposed to be a lake view but wasn’t We had to pay to park in the parking garage even though we were staying in the hotel.

The patio area just near the Starbucks is a very nice place to sit outside. The lobby is pretty.

Our room had dirty carpet, and the ceiling had obviously been poorly patched after a water leak. The room with a city view that I paid extra floor was a view of a bunch of dirty rooftops.

How close it was to everything in downtown.

We had a great stay.

The location was great and the staff was even better. When we arrived we could not figure out where the parking garage was located. I ran in to check with the front desk. Mary Lou was so nice and went above and beyond to explain how to get to the garage. She actually came outside with me and explained the directions.

The address is not where the front door is located. It is actually the exit of the parking garage. This was a little confusing.

Right down town, we mainly came for Louder Than Life and it was literally 50 steps away! Hotel was beautiful and has a great staff all the way around!

I would recommend, great location. The rooms are a nice size for yourself or a plus one (king bed). Parking isn’t crazy

The area was convenient and surrounded pretty much everything in walking distance.

The TV didn’t work during the entire stay and waited 4 hrs and never rcvd clean towels. Bathrooms are tiny. The air conditioner was extremely loud and it was hard to sleep and it even at 65 degrees, it never got cold in the room.

Booking.com double-booked us for the night; we had 2 rooms reserved instead of one for some reason. We found this out when we tried to check in. The lady at the desk then gave us a room for a higher price than the one we were quoted when we registered. I went to the booking.com website and was advised to call the property. The hotel said they would cancel one of the reservations and not charge us for it. We were charged anyway. All I can think is that the lady at the desk gave us a third room and not one of the two original ones that were booked. Still, we thought we had taken care of things only to discover that nope, we were still charged for two rooms on the same night, even though we were only given one key and occupied one room. To top it off, our car was broken into in their garage that night and things were stolen. It felt like a violation, especially since we had to pay to park in that garage. So it was a TERRIBLE stay! We haven't managed to get a refund from the hotel for the extra charges, either. When you call them, nobody answers, just a recorded voice that says they will call in back in 3 days, which they never do.

Wonderful location with lots to do within walking distance.

The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly.

I asked for an early check-in and was never contacted back about it and when I called, they said they did not know if they could do that. When I arrived they said it wasn't ready and they would text when it was. They still had not texted 20 min prior to the check-in time. When I inquired about it, they said it wasn't ready and then 10 min later I get a text.

Clean, attractive, able to change room quickly when missing second bed.

We stayed at a Days Inn the night before at half the cost and they gave us breakfast and free parking. And although not as attractive, it was just as comfortable and we thought it was almost rude the way we had to become a member to get a bottle of water from your hotel.

There was a conference starting the last night we were there and it was so loud. People were partying in rooms with door open and security didn’t do anything, even after letting front desk know at 12:30am.

There were NO! full size towels in the bathroom or room. The TV was at an angle and too hgh: I love watching TV from the bed which was hard to do; TV was too hgh at the table and even in the highest chair available. I sneezed most of the night and my eyes and nose itched . Lastly, the vending on the floor (16) was empty, and they do not validate parking tickets which cost me $20.00 instead of the $12.00 as was told to me. by the desk.

Substandard stay

Staff could not help to find lobby/reception. Incorrect instructions given by reception staff on parking and internal access locations sending us on a gooose chase with our luggage to find the correct parking location and hotel entrance. Lighting in bathroom needs improvement.

They will overbook the hotel and then cancel your reservation the day you arrive without regard

The hotel called me when I landed and told me they overbooked and didn't have a room for me. I was travelling for work and had reserved 5 rooms 6 months in advance. I ended up being relocated a couple miles away having to uber back and forth to our work events and meals with customers. The hotel never even apologized, they just acted like it was totally OK that they overbooked. I book all the travel for my work and always chose Hyatt when I could. I will no longer be booking stays at Hyatt hotels.

Over priced, no amenities, pool much smaller than it appears

I asked to be on a higher floor. Not many rooms were full, not sure why they couldn’t accommodate my request. They nickel and dimed us for everything. 2 beers at the bar was $25-SHOCKING! $3.50 for a bottle of water?? $16 to park. That’s just nuts, it’s only Louisville-they act like it’s Disney. Couldn’t sleep the noise in the lobby was ridiculous until very late. There was some sort of girls dance team running ALL over the place and were very loud. I called down to the desk and nothing was done about it. Our bathroom was dirty and all of the soda machines were empty.

Parking garage to hotel access & Access to convention center through garage was not convenient.Housekeeping skipped us day 3. We called about broken glass to assist with clean up nobody showed. Pool was cold and limit of 5 people in pool at a time. Floor around pool very slippery and dangerous. Railing by steps in pool area very loose. No jacuzzi/ hot tub. Day we checked out we were still getting our luggage due to distance to garage and they de activated our room keys ( when that happens you can’t even use the elevator)
