good basic Hotel- 2nd time we have been there. it is a stop on the way to our Destination. Good breakfast, facilities good, Staff nice.
every time we get on the 1st floor they have to move us up because the room has an awful smell. not sure what the issue is, but 2nd time it happened. it is fine once we get to an upper floor.

Young man at front desk tried to charge my card before I even checked in. So when I got there he took my card and ran it again, I was charged twice.

I loved that the bed was firm enough that when I woke up I was not sore and I could move easily. I was very pleased about that! I liked that the room had carpet on the floor.
It took the front desk clerk more than 15 minutes to check me in when I was in a hurry to get to my room and change into my roller skating attire & put my hair up for the skating competition practice. I walked in at 1:53 & acquired my room key at 2:10. Practice started at 3 & I arrived at 3:05. It takes a few minutes to put my skates on. This caused some stress for me.

Property is pretty dated and needs some upgrades
Carpet is dirty room had an odor consistent with dirty carpet.
