The property presents some inconvenience when attempting to get to the aforementioned hospital. While I understand having a concrete barrier in the median of both streets going east/west and north/south cannot be changed, it would be very helpful to provide access to the road to the east where there is a traffic light. I believe it is Cass St. Please open up your parking lot on the east to allow vehicles to drive east to access Cass St.

I loved how friendly the staff was!!
Rooms were clean. especially the bathroom.
Hardly any noise!
No exhaust fan in bathroom!

The location to the children’s hospital was nice and the staff was extremely helpful.
Our first room was really dirty. And some of the carpeting and mirrors around the building seemed really dirty. The entry doors had handprints all over them.
