The pool closed at 11:00 PM and that was so awesome
I didn’t like the pool guy that came in to access to leave out of the pool when we didn’t notice that it was almost 11. He could’ve been more polite about it. He seemed very unkempt and rough around the edges for a beautiful place to work😂

Close to the venue where a concert was
Check in gal was not helpful. Another staff person stepped in to find my reservation, my first and last name was switched

The restaurant/ bar is great.
Rooms facing the convention get extremely loud street noise at all hours. There's no soundproofing in the windows facing that street. As for a room that does not face the convention center. Otherwise the experience was fine.
