It also has a luxurious living room with a fireplace and an indoor dining room, ideal for relaxing or watching a movie together.The master suite is equipped with a comfortable double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a large balcony with spectacular views of the mountain and the city of Palma. The other three bedrooms also have double beds and share two additional bathrooms with a bathtub.Designed to make the most of the outdoor space, the villa allows you to enjoy the sun (south-facing), the views of the Bay of Palma and the typical nature of the Sierra de Tramuntana. There is a bus line to Palma nearby.- There are 2 cots and 2 highchairs for babies available upon request.*Rules:*- This property is located in a residential area, so only responsible families or groups seeking tranquility will be accepted. Young groups will not be accepted.- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If you wish, you can smoke outside, making sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground.- Keep order and cleanliness at all times.- You will be responsible for the waste generated during your stay. Please separate the waste and place it in the designated area.- Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors to prevent cold or hot air from escaping.- Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you wish to receive visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.*Booking Conditions:*- Guests must pay a deposit of €500.00 before arrival, which will be refunded upon departure.- Please note that check-in after 9:00 PM has a charge of €50 to be paid in cash during the check-in.
