Beautiful property with wonderful staff who were incredibly friendly.

Exceptional views over the valley, beautiful breakfast rooms, and outside dining area. I chose this hotel for its location which served us very well with short distances to Soller, Valldemossa, the east side of the island and to Palma.

The air conditioning wasn't great but we managed.

Absolutely beautiful! The staff was amazing! It was a great location to see soller, valdemossa, and deia. It was the most relaxing stay I have ever had. The food was delicious

Beautiful location, nice staff, good size of room.

I think there are small changes that this place could make which would make a lot of a difference- the towels were so hard - suggest drying differently, pillows were awful, there were a lot of mosquitoes in our room when we arrived which isn’t ideal especially with a 3 month baby, coffee making facilities are outside the room and charged just for a nespresso machine coffee. I think it is also slightly short staffed - an additional 1/2 staff in peak season would help - which is not to say the existing staff don’t do a great job, I just think they need help. Overall a little expensive considering the above
