We LOVED the general decor of the hotel, and LOVED our big corner room, but mostly the staff.. James in the bar was so friendly, as were others whose name I did not get..
Breakfast was great. But the people who helped us check in, drink and dine, and load our luggage as we departed were just fantastic. The room was very clean and comfortable too. THANK YOU!!

Very close to about anything! If you need to take public transportation, it’s right there. Hungry? Several places nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Valet service/employees are exceptionally nice!
The bathrooms definitely need some upgrades. The handle to grab onto if you have trouble getting into the shower is almost unbolted from one side. Under the sink, the plumbing is very visible and the molding hiding the pipes as half unattached.

The hotel is beautiful and has plenty of charm.
Check in process is not clearly laid out. No reception or check in desk and was without way finding signage directly you where to check in.
Took an hour after check in for our room to be available and that was after prompting staff several times.
