The staff was wonderful. Check in was fast and easy and the rooms were very clean. The lobby was a bit chaotic due to construction but I'm excited to see what it looks like when its finished.

The hotel was under renovation at the time but it was not a problem for our stay. The staff was great. The hotel was bright and clean. Lovely time. Will stay here again.

The hotel is just so comfortable. The room has plenty of space, the bathrooms are great. Mostly, the staff are so genuinely friendly and helpful. It's a great place.

We have stayed at the Heathman a few times now, and while it is always a clean, welcoming and friendly - I was so sad to see they renovated and removed the sitting library area. There is a small seating section on the second floor with book shelves, but it just doesn’t have the same cozy feel as before.
Rooms are always lovely and spacious. The suites are perfect for our small family.
It is an easy walk to coffee, food, Powell’s, theaters, etc.
