Room phone was not working but we didn't need it. Refrigerator was not cold enough and had no way to adjust cooling. Room AC was good but not excellent.

The location was not as expected but that was probably “ user error” being unfamiliar with the area.
We thought it would be more walkable.

Good location, free parking
Elevators very slow, they were painting and smell was really strong causing a really bad headache, phone in room not working so had to go down to front desk to get bedding for sofa bed
