It’s was nice and cream
That we didn’t get our room clean and didn’t get any new towels for our second night when we came back from the river.

The cost of the property was the main positive along with the fact that pets are allowed for no additional cost.
There were a few issues though:
-our neighbors the first night were extremely loud with screaming kids, the second day / night there were dogs barking all day and into the evening when we were trying to rest which we reported to management and nothing happened. I know the hotel can’t control other people, but they should have at least received a warning or something
-the door knob in the bathroom was about to fall off; I was afraid I was going to get locked in there every time I closed the door
-no breakfast
-the elevator was sketchy
-were told we couldn’t use the ice machine to fill up a SMALL cooler
It just feels like there are some minor improvements that could be made as far as renovations and making it feel more convenient, comfortable, safe, and clean.
