I was sexually harassed by the homeless population

I was very disappointed.I couldn't get one good night's sleep.The mattress had a extremely big broken spring dip on the right side.I couldn't sleep whatsoever the nine days

The beds were clean and no bugs

We were there for days ,requested maid service never got it. Vending machine was empty. Front room staff was ok. Location was good. Price was good. The room was ok. Looked like it hadn't actually been cleaned in a long time. Dirty walls. Bathroom door looked like a really bad hole repair.

Unexpected charges, I feel taken advantage of . I'm very upset

She never payed me my $50 deposit which was supposed to be $40 so she charged me a extra $10 Also on top of that I reserved a room for the8- 8th to the 8-11 And she charged me $306(which was fine that was what I wanted with the deposit ) but then she took advantage of me and over. Charged me another $100 for (weekend rates) after just charging me the $40 deposit So there for she took $140 from me and that's not right , I expect all my money in return with the $400 I payed in cash, she owes me $140, and if the visa charge from the previous stay doesn't show back up she owes me $190 It's not nice taking advantage of innocent people. I'm not happy this needs to be addressed. Ps the room was fine and the amenities were fine, I'm just upset about this over payment ..

miserable, corrupt manager and staff, stay away

The manager lied to me stating I told booking.com I was double charged yet booking.com AND my bank account says I did NOT say I was double charged and I RECORDED my call with booking.com as proof. Property management tried to bully me into paying motel 6 rates when I clearly showed the OPEN BOOKING.COM APP price. That is FRAUD. I RECORDED several conversations to protect myself from motel 6 pulling any shenanigans. USE BOOKING.COM at least you will have some one to advocate for you.

Nightmare

Nothing.

Pull up and it’s gated. Big indicator the area is not good. There were drug addicts milling about. There was a prostitute running tricks out of one of the rooms near me. My room flooded and they blamed me. I was at work and my girl was sleeping. Spent the whole day calling corporate and them not being able to help. Ended up leaving after 2 days and getting a room at a different place. Wyndham was clean and no tweakers or prostitution going on. I needed the room while waiting for my apartment to get ready.

We have stayed at this motel 6 numerous times. The rooms are quiet. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Thank you to Kayjay and her staff for making our stays at this hotel so pleasurable.

there are lots of good food choices surrounding this motel 6. we tried Japanese food sushi after long time. we loved it. this motel has far more cheaper rooms available then other motel nearby. afternoon staff was very helpful. both girls were chatter box. that makes our journey very pleasant. Thanks Ladies

every guest or visitor has to coming to office and registered their ID. that was surprising but its good for security. we both like this system. its odd but my partner says that we must look for this kind of property next time while we travel anywhere in the world. what a transformation of motel 6.

Very convenient location , great value for money

It was very close to our work location. Best part is gated parking so our tools and equipment in our truck were safe and we go to bed peacefully. Thanks. Rooms are clean too.

Friendly helpful staff and responsive to requests

We travel a lot for work purpose and always preferred motel 6.I satisfied with the prices and pleased with the availability on this property. Room was perfectly clean, even the floor. I've stayed at many a Motel 6 where the floors leave your bare feet or white socks black after walking around. But this one was actually clean. Beds were surprisingly comfortable and not worn out. Pillows were fluffy and smelled good. Parking at this location are safe and secure with gates.

Worst hotel in Sacramento

The only thing I liked was checking out.

First room smelled of urine. Asked for another room, front desk attendant was rude and seemed frustrated but switch my room. Very poor customer service. Also hotel is too close to freeway. Seriously so loud almost as bad as sleeping at a train station, plus room was so tiny. I could go on for days about how horrible this motel is. Don't not stay here unless you want to catch a disease from the crusty linen.
