the location and how everything was pretty close by.

I dont know if this is true for all the rooms but the bed i got in the room was not a good one. I kept waking up and switching positions. I had to check out early and find another hotel so I can get some decent sleep.

requested 1st floor room but not available stairwell to 2nd floor was uncovered and it was raining, plus run off from roof overhang was harder than the rainfall itself no floor mat inside so floor got wet from rain bathtub drain was disconnected & corrosion around sink & tub drains very loud/noisy from foot traffic bedcover was stained and bed itself was too soft

Absolutely lumpy mattress. The room was once ment for a queen size bed that was turned in to a double bed room. Both beds pushed against the wall and the other against the AC/heating unit, with literally a 18" space to walk between them. My room was under the stairs next to the laundry room. People were walking up and down the stairs all night. My room was on a red light crossing and people would race starting right outside my room.

the person in charge at the Motel 6 in San Dimas treated us extremely poorly, displaying rude and unprofessional behavior, talking to us in a very disrecpectful way at us and taking photos or videos, making us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I have never felt so mistreated by a hotel staff member, especially after having paid for the service. We arrived at 11 p.m., and there was no parking available anywhere. I wasn’t planning to stay; I was just dropping off the guest near the stairs so they could grab their things, with the emergency lights on for just a minute. However, the person in charge came out in a rage, shouting and rudely demanding that I move. When I explained it was just for a minute, she didn’t understand and kept taking photos, making us very uncomfortable. I told her I did not authorize her to film or take pictures, but she continued rudely. Additionally, the pillowcases had a terrible odor, as if they hadn’t been changed or washed, and the bathroom was dirty. The room smelled very bad. I want this matter to be addressed because I have never felt so mistreated, and I will never return to this motel or recommend it to anyone, including my family and friends. My family lives nearby, and I used to recommend this place to them, but after this experience, I will not.

Nice and clean

The AC worked well. There was hot water. The staff was very nice although they didn't have a downstairs room and they don't have an elevator they were nice enough to help me get my luggage upstairs. They also have a microwave for use in the lobby until 6 pm which is pretty rad.

They put me next to a room where they kept Smoking marihuana and they didn’t do anything about it and didn’t want to switch me rooms since both rooms where connected and their smoke kept getting inside our room. I wish we got a refund at most

Hotel lady at check in was very nice. Room was clean. There are two restaurants within walking distance. I felt safe.

There were 2 full very soft beds (need to be turned) crammed into a small room 20 feet from a fairly busy street. our non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes. Don't expect amenities, I got an email the day before (written during covid) warning me that they provided nothing- but. by that time I was already on the road traveling. NO hair dryer or coffee, thankfully travel with my own soap & shampoo. There was a bar of soap and a couple of towels. Several people, guests?, smoking weed in their cars and the end of the outside corridor. Definitely a budget motel at a slightly higher price than budget.

this hotel was disgusting and unsafe. We checked out within 20 minutes of arriving. The "non-smoking" room smelled of cigarette smoke. There were two vagrant, inebriated men standing right outside my room smoking, blocking the door to my room, as I went up there to enter with my two small girls. Other vagrants were all around the property and none of them appeared sober. It was clear that this motel is primarily a place for vagrants. Completely unsafe, and you should take down your listing.

There is truly nothing more to add, except that they claimed they couldn't refund my money and I would have to speak with the manager today. They left her a note to call me, and I left her a voicemail today, and I've heard nothing back. I demand a refund.
